24 level Apartment and retail building in Newstead

On this project Edge Concepts are in the closing stages of installing 24 levels of glass balustrade to unit balconies on each floor. The balustrades are being installed as the building is built. The builders schedule demanded we keep up with the form workers and be installing the balustrade immediately after the formwork was stripped. We were able to achieve this task for the duration of the construction. Given construction was happening above us at all times it was imperative to have suitable protection for the balustrade. As such all handrails were foam covered and wrapped in builders plastic to keep dirt and grit from damaging the balustrades.
